Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Swiss Post. Packages may also be delivered by Brasserie Celestial at locations near the brewery. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of these.

Boxes are adequately sized and your items are well-protected.

In case of damage, please send notification to our contact address (contact@celestial.ch) within 5 days of reception, with a full description and photos of the damaged articles. If damage occurred due to negligence on our part, we will fully reimburse you for all damaged items. If damage occurred through the fault of Swiss Post or a third-party transporter, we will claim compensation for damage. You will be reimbursed once Brasserie Celestial SARL receives compensation.
