Alongside our brewmaster, participate in a day of production brewing (single or double batch) in our 10-hL unit. We will explain the different stages of the process throughout the session and provide you with key information.
Duration: 7 hours, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Includes: Lunch and aperitif
Participants: Maximum 4 people
Sessions will be scheduled according to our production schedule. Approximately 2 sessions will be available per month (typically on saturdays) and will be scheduled individually with participants.
