A practical brewing course in a workshop format. We will be brewing a beer developed by one of the participants in our recipe development workshop. We will brew on our 50l system and ferment in one of our conical isobaric fermenters. After the beer is finished (3-4 weeks) it will be bottled by us and divided between participants that can collect their bottles at the brewery. If participants wishes to participate in the bottling of their beer this can be arranged.
Maximum 6 participants (minimum 3).
Duration: 11h-18h

Review of ingredients and brewing process. Brewing on home brew scale equipment with isobaric fermenter.
A minimum of 3 people is required for the course o take place. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course 72 days prior to the course date.
