This is an approximately 4 hr long workshop when we discuss ingredients and recipe development supported by sampling of various beers to illustrate different styles. We will taste at least 8 different beers to cover a range of various styles.
Available dates (saturdays):
Maximum 10 participants (minimum 4).
Participants will learn to develop a recipe true to style of the beer they intended. They will discover the impact of various malt, hops and yeasts as well as brewing process choices (mashing temperatures, hopping schedules).
If participants are taking the Brewing workshop we will brewing one the of the recipes developed in this workshop.
A minimum of 4 people is required for the course to take place. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course 72 days prior to the course date.
